Returns & Refunds
Each Neo Ukiyoe product is made on demand specifically for your order. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or selecting the wrong product.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will help make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the packaging, if relevant
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the order and correct the issue.
Size Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges for size issues. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued when an order is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under our policy.
